Archbishop of Melanesia the Most Reverend David Vunagi presented the certificates in front of the Anglican Alliance Co-Director Rev. Andy Bowerman, Pacific Program Facilitator, Tagolyn Kabekabe, Ms Laura Payne of Coventry University and Madeliene from the Coventry Cathedral UK.
The group’s mentor is Christina Manning from UK.
The Anglican Alliance Pacific Facilitator, Mrs. Tagolyn Kabekabe while congratulating the duo said, “They are hoping all others will complete the program soon.”
The two were the first in the pacific to complete the program successfully in the first round of the program here in the Pacific region.
According to Mrs. Kabekabe, the program is given such a name as it is the expectation of the Anglican Alliance, through the Anglican Communion that the participants upon completion of their study will work with their communities as Agents of Change and live out the 5 Marks of Mission.
They are part of the first round of training that is currently happening in the four main regions of the Anglican Communion. The Second round of the program will kick off sometime this year.
