Archbishop’s (The Most Revn’d David Vunagi) address to the 14th General synod held at the Melanesian Haus from the 8th to the 14th November 2014.
The Right Revn’d George Connor from New Zealand preached on the opening Holy Communion Service and delivered the keynote address. He also led the retreat on saturday morning 8th of November.
More than eighty participants attended the event including oversea’s guests and ACoM support stuff.
This is the first time in the history of the Church the General Synod was held for only a week due to the Solomon Islands National General Election that falls on Wednesday 19th of November the following week.
